Description
KLOW Blend Peptide Description
KLOW Blend Peptide is a multi-component research formulation containing four well-characterized peptides—GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV—designed for laboratory investigations into cellular repair, extracellular matrix remodeling, angiogenesis, and inflammatory signaling pathways. Supplied as a lyophilized, filler-free powder, this blend is intended exclusively for in vitro and preclinical research applications.
Each component contributes distinct molecular characteristics that allow researchers to investigate complementary biological mechanisms. GHK-Cu has been studied for its role in extracellular matrix remodeling, collagen synthesis, and gene expression related to tissue repair. BPC-157 has been investigated for its involvement in cytoprotective signaling, nitric oxide pathways, and growth factor regulation. TB-500 has been examined for its influence on actin dynamics, cellular migration, angiogenesis, and tissue remodeling, while KPV has been researched for its ability to modulate inflammatory signaling pathways through regulation of cytokine expression and NF-κB activity.
Together, these peptides provide a research platform for studying interactions between extracellular matrix remodeling, vascular development, immune signaling, oxidative stress responses, and cellular migration. Experimental models have utilized these peptides to investigate collagen deposition, endothelial cell proliferation, wound repair mechanisms, inflammatory biomarker expression, and tissue regeneration processes.
Research Applications
Current laboratory investigations involving the KLOW Blend peptide include studies of:
- Cellular migration and tissue remodeling
- Extracellular matrix organization and collagen synthesis
- Angiogenesis and endothelial cell signaling
- Inflammatory cytokine regulation
- Oxidative stress response pathways
- Fibroblast proliferation and wound healing mechanisms
- Cell signaling associated with tissue regeneration

Composition
Each vial contains an 80 mg lyophilized peptide blend consisting of:
- 50 mg GHK-Cu
- 10 mg BPC-157
- 10 mg TB-500
- 10 mg KPV
Storage
The peptides are supplied in a freeze-dried, filler-free formulation to help preserve stability during storage. Following reconstitution for laboratory use, aliquots should be stored under appropriate frozen laboratory conditions to minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Klow Blend Peptide Dosage
KLOW is a four-peptide blend — GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-4, and KPV — premixed in one vial at a fixed ratio and given as a small subcutaneous injection, usually into the abdomen or thigh. A single daily draw delivers all four peptides at once.
It runs in cycles rather than continuously. A common course is daily through weeks 1–4, 5 days a week through weeks 5–8, then a 4–8 week break or a step down to 2–3 doses a week. The pause keeps the repair signal responsive instead of blunting it.
Each peptide does a distinct job. GHK-Cu rebuilds collagen and clears damaged tissue. BPC-157 restores blood flow into the repair area. TB-4 moves repair cells into position and biases healing toward functional tissue over scar. KPV keeps reactive inflammation from drowning the rebuilding signals.
